Single-Family Home Stats

  

Currently, as compared to June of 2024, single-family home inventory is up with new listings increasing by 4.5%. Median sales price is down as seller concessions and price reductions are becoming more prevalent in the market, which is paralleled by Median Price Sold/SqFt. The increase in new listings and inventory is supported by the increase in Median days on market, as buyers have more options and inventory is sitting a bit longer before contracting.

Condo/Townhouse Stats

Median Sales Price for Condominiums and Townhomes is up slightly year over year along with inventory and new listing numbers. National interest rates are slightly lower by approximately 1/10th of a point as compared to June of 2024. Demand due to affordability of Condominiums and Townhomes as compared to single-family homes in the Gallatin Valley has allowed the Median Sales Price to remain stable year over year.
